WHAT YOU’LL GAIN FROM THE ARC SYSTEM

Caleb Martin, Small Forward, Dallas Mavericks
THE CHALLENGE FACING TODAY’S REHABILITATION PROFESSIONALS
Many practitioners find themselves lacking a comprehensive, evidence-based framework for return-to-play decisions. ARC bridges this critical gap.
Most rehab stops at good enough. ARC pushes athletes to game-ready. ARC fills that critical gap with repeatable, field-tested strategies built on elite sport experience.
THE DIFFERENCE A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH MAKES
Compare traditional rehabilitation methods with the integrated ARC system
TRADITIONAL APPROACH
Assessment Process: Basic movement screens with limited predictive value. Treatment Planning: Generic protocols based primarily on diagnosis. Progression Decisions: Subjective milestones and arbitrary timelines. Return-to-Sport: Symptom-based clearance with uncertain outcomes. Professional Confidence: Uncertainty with complex cases and difficult decisions. Long-term Results: Higher re-injury rates and incomplete recovery.
ARC SYSTEMATIC APPROACH
Assessment Process: Comprehensive evaluation that identifies specific deficits and predicts success. Treatment Planning: Individualized approach targeting root causes and movement dysfunctions. Progression Decisions: Objective criteria with evidence-based progression markers. Return-to-Sport: Performance-based criteria ensuring athletes return stronger. Professional Confidence: Clear framework providing confidence in any situation. Long-term Results: Reduced re-injury risk with enhanced performance outcomes.

DR TYLER LESHER
LEARN FROM A PROVEN EXPERT IN ELITE SPORTS REHABILITATION
Dr. Tyler Lesher has dedicated over a decade to developing and refining systematic approaches to sports rehabilitation at the highest levels of competition.
Personal Story
Throughout his career working with professional and elite collegiate athletes, Dr. Lesher observed a significant gap between academic rehabilitation theory and the practical demands of returning athletes to peak performance. This observation led him to develop ARC - a comprehensive system that integrates the best of evidence-based practice with the proven methodologies used in elite sports medicine.
His approach combines:
• Doctoral-level academic rigor in health science and exercise leadership
• Practical experience with NBA champions and elite D1 programs
• Systematic methodology refined through thousands of clinical hours
“I developed ARC because practitioners deserve access to the same systematic approaches used in elite sports medicine. Your athletes deserve the best possible care, and you deserve the confidence that comes from mastering proven methodologies.”

ARC 2: Manual Therapy
From Understanding to Execution Under Complexity
You went through ARC. You built the foundation. You know how to think about tissue, about loading, about why inputs matter.
ARC 2.0 is what happens when that foundation gets tested.
This is a self-paced, evidence-based continuation course built for the cases that don’t fit the protocol. The athlete who plateaus for reasons you can’t explain. The presentation that looks straightforward and isn’t. The return-to-sport decision where the checklist says yes but your gut says wait. ARC 2.0 is the system for thinking through exactly those moments.
Who This Is For
ARC 2.0 is built for athletic trainers, physical therapists, and strength coaches who are ready to bridge rehab and performance, not just complete a CEU requirement.
If you’ve already completed ARC, this is your next step. If you haven’t, ARC 2.0 still works as a standalone course, but you’ll get the most out of it if you come in with real clinical experience and real athletes you’re actively trying to figure out.
This course is not for clinicians looking for a protocol library or a list of exercises to copy into their next program. It’s for clinicians who want to think more clearly under pressure, with less guessing and more reasoning.
What You’ll Walk Through
Module 1 - The Decision-Making Model. We go back to the clinical framework and stress-test it. Tissue versus system versus output. Pattern recognition versus protocol chasing. The difference between a symptom and a constraint. And what to do with the athlete who isn’t responding to anything you’ve tried.
Module 2 - Blending Inputs. Manual therapy, loading, and how to sequence them so nothing gets wasted. This is where you learn the D.R.I.V.E. system, our five-step framework for deep manual therapy that works on every body region. You’ll also learn how to train and assess rate of force development, even without a force plate.
Module 3 - Progressions and Return to Performance. The four-layer progression framework, the three-stage return-to-sport continuum, and the psychological readiness criteria most clinicians never measure. This module closes with real case studies, including the athlete who passed every test and got re-injured two weeks later.
Why Sign Up
Because most continuing education gives you information. ARC 2.0 gives you a system.
You’ll leave with a clinical decision-making framework you can use on every athlete, a manual therapy sequence you’ll never have to second-guess again, evidence-based criteria for what ready actually means, and a community of clinicians thinking the same way you now do.
Fully self-paced - every session recorded and posted so you can watch anytime, on your schedule. 10 BOC Category A CEUs. This isn’t a recording you watch once and forget. It’s the course your clinical reasoning gets sharper from.
